The Office of the Immigration Services
Commissioner (OISC) is an independent body set up under the Immigation
and Asylum act 1999 to ensure that all immigration advisers fulfill the
requirements of good practice. OISC is committed to the elimination of
unscrupulous advisers and the fair and thorough investigation of
complaints.
All advisers are required to display their certificates of registration
or exemption. This, together with the OISC’s "global tick" logo, shows
